01.Service Model & Scope
EXZ. STUDIO operates as an independent digital product engineering practice led by Yusuf Demir. We engineer modern websites, web applications, and intuitive user experiences for clients across Istanbul, Turkey, and worldwide on a remote collaboration model.
02.Interactive Tools & Code License
Our in-browser design tools (CSS Gradient Generator, Layered Shadows, Wave SVG Generator, Sound Synth, etc.) are built to empower the developer community:
All CSS snippets, SVG curves, color palettes, and audio outputs generated using our tools are yours to use freely in personal and commercial client work without attribution.
03.Portfolio & Work Showcase
Client projects presented in our showcase are displayed under creator portfolio rights to illustrate technical execution and case methodologies. Trademarks and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners.
04.Project Engagement & Terms
Project inquiry submissions do not constitute an automatic binding contract. Each assignment begins upon mutual written scope confirmation, delivery schedule, revision parameters, and payment milestones.
